Eden Valley is a private medical facility that contracts doctors and wellness counselors to service patients. Each contracted Doctor or Wellness Counselor receives commissions for service purchased. If you are requesting a refund due to an issue with the medical service provided by one of our service professionals you will only receive a partial refund of 45% from Doctors and 30% from Wellness Counselors; the remaining percent is a facilitator fee which is NON REFUNDABLE. Eden is in no way responsible for refunding patients of privately contracted Doctors and Counselors. If you are unable to get a refund from the contracted Doctor or Counselor you may make a report to Linden Labs.. If you’re unable to get a refund from the doctor or counselor make a report to Linden Labs.

All classes and spa appointments are NON REFUNDABLE- however, they can be rescheduled. If you take a leave from Second Life for four weeks with or without notice- your insurance or service purchased is null and void inworld. If you decide to terminate your pregnancy due to domestic issues the financial responsibility will be on the purchaser of the services- therefore, refunds will not be issued.
